Benefits of Upgrading to a New HVAC System
Advanced Features
Love your gadgets? Today’s new air conditioner units can feature smart thermostats for automatic temperature adjustments based on your family’s unique preferences. Plus, many systems have the ability to connect with additional smart devices throughout your household. How’s that for AC I.Q.? Wi-Fi thermostats that you can remotely control from anywhere.
Lower Utility Bills
A new air conditioning unit can lower the cost of your energy bills by 20% or more by optimizing energy efficiency. Not to mention, modern refrigerants are better for the environment than in days past. All told, a lower carbon footprint is good for the environment and even better for your own peace of mind.
Improved Indoor Air Quality
And speaking of environments, you and your family can breathe a little easier with an AC system upgrade. From humidity control, to dust and pollen filtering, to precision temperature regulation, improving indoor air quality can be a real game-changer for family members who struggle with asthma, allergies, or other respiratory conditions.
Increased Home Value
Last, but certainly not least, installing a new cooling system can increase your overall home value. Prospective buyers will be on the lookout for smart systems, transferable warranties, and energy efficiency.
