Why Regular Backflow Testing is Essential
The benefits of regular backflow testing cannot be overstated. Backflow occurs due to a loss or change of pressure in your plumbing system, causing water to flow backward from your home or business into a main pipe. This backflow can carry chemicals, waste, and other contaminants into the clean water supply. Regular testing maintains healthy water quality and can avoid costly repairs by detecting issues early.
Lubbock Backflow Prevention Testing
A backflow test involves simulating the conditions in which contaminated water could potentially flow backwards into a clean water supply. When performed by a licensed professional with specialized testing equipment, this process ensures optimal functionality of your backflow preventer and protects our drinking water from potential health hazards. For over 30 years, property owners throughout West Texas have trusted Comfort Masters with their essential backflow testing needs.
