Location: Lubbock
Duties: Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems. Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer. Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers. Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to customer the involved issues and the prescribed correction. Participate in company-provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies. Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
Skills/Training: Three to five years experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues. Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

Location: Lubbock
Duties: Works in a highly responsible and professional position. Responsible for professionally interpreting plans and installing plumbing as drawn. Responsible for appropriate preparation of worksites; assuring proper parts, components and installation methods are used; and assures that applicable codes and regulations are appropriately considered and implemented. May be called upon to supervise subordinates assigned to assist in various projects.
Skills/Training: Must have prior commercial new construction experience. Must have a current Journeyman or Master Plumber license. Appropriate professional skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, plumbing and related structural or engineering schematics. Prior project management and personnel supervision experience is a plus.

Location: Lubbock
Duties: Work in an assistive capacity to a licensed Master Plumber. Help with all manner of plumbing-related tasks and jobs, including preparation of worksites; assembling parts and components; assisting in the assembly of pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and/or welding equipment. Assist the assigned plumber in the installation of various plumbing equipment such as sinks, faucets, tubs, toilets, water heaters, air conditioners, appliances, and trim.
Skills/Training: Prior experience working in a plumbing business or closely related area. Experience or training en route to becoming an Apprentice or Journeyman highly preferred.

Location: Lubbock
Duties: Work in a semi-independent capacity and as part of a team in route to HVAC duct installation. Help with all manner of duct configuration, fabrication, customizing assembly and installation and routing of residential and commercial duct work.
Skills/Training: A minimum of three years prior experience working with sheet metal ducting. Must possess the ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints, guidelines, and associated documentation, with attention to detail and sound, precise installation of ducting. Ability to work in a semi-independent fashion when needed as well as being a contributing member of a professional team.
