We needed our water heater replaced under warranty, but the model we needed was hard to find. Josh took the time to explain everything over the weekend, found the unit we needed, and came over first thing Monday morning to install it. Josh and his coworker were both incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced our water heater quickly and even made friends with my kids. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Our AC stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year. Another company told me they couldn’t send a technician for three days, but Comfort Masters had someone at our door within 30 minutes. The problem was fixed, and our house was cool again within an hour of my initial call. The price was reasonable, everyone was courteous, and the work was done efficiently. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely call again!

We have been using Comfort Masters for at least two years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else for heating, AC, and plumbing. Tyler usually comes out and gets everything squared away immediately. Last year, during freezing temperatures and sleet, we lost heat, but Tyler still came out and got it fixed. We’re also on their maintenance plan, which I highly recommend. They are kind, hardworking people who do excellent work. I’m one happy customer!
